Oceanfront Elegance - A-305This oceanfront condominium often referred to as "The Penthouse" or recently "A Spa for Your Soul." It is located in the beautiful Wavecrest Resort, in the building closest to the ocean. This unit affords an unobstructed view of both Maui and Lanai. Wavecrest is the only condominium complex on the lush green end of the island. This serene and luxurious unit is one of few, if not the only unit with en-suite master bedroom and bath. The furniture is upgraded, comfortable and includes a leather recliner and a new flat screen TV. On the lanai, we have two rocking chairs, a counter height table with swivel chairs, providing an excellent place to read, dine, or just enjoy the magnificent view. The kitchen is complete with quality appliances, dishes, serving pieces, silverware, and stemware. There are many pots and pans along with cooking utensils and knives. Several gourmet cooks have said, "every time they looked for something, it was there." The bedroom offers a king size bed with luxury linens. Plantation shutters provide for maximum privacy but still allow a cool breeze at night. The bathroom has a large walk in shower with fluffy towels for your comfort.
